What once began as a small team has now grown into a close-knit family. Together they make a vital contribution to the quality of service, food, ambiance and overall experience for our guests. We try to share and transfer the knowledge we possess. For example, we, as well as our suppliers and guest chefs, regularly conduct training sessions and workshops.
